Dolphins, pelicans and other wildlife are frequently sighted from the 5th floor comfortably furnished deck.
Comfort is king in this 1200 square foot, 5th floor condo. Relax as you enjoy the Gulf view through 19 feet of windows of the open floor plan – in the living room on the soft genuine leather reclining sectional, at the bar-height dining room table, at the breakfast bar or on the beautifully furnished deck. Sliding glass doors in the living room and dining room lead to the deck. The lushly carpeted living room has a large flat screen television with complimentary cable with HBO. The kitchen is well appointed with full refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, dishwasher, coffee-maker, crock pot, cookware, dinnerware, flatware. The condo is beautifully decorated to feel like your home away from home!
The master bedroom has an 18″ deep king size mattress with memory foam topper, flat screen television, master bath with tub/shower and an extra sink/vanity outside the bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen size mattress with memory foam topper and flat screen television. Sleeps 4 very comfortably.
